There's a lot of hot sauce in the world. Most of it starts with a purchase order.
Ours starts with a seed.
Stoke the Fire is built around a simple idea: the best ingredients come from the ground up. We grow specialty hot peppers, garlic, and other ingredients on our seven-acre farm in Cawston, BC — in the heart of the Similkameen Valley — and we turn them into sauce right here on the farm.
No long supply chains. No mystery ingredients. Just what we grow, and what we make from it.
Our on-farm production facility means we can take peppers from the field to the bottle at peak flavour — not weeks later, not after they've crossed the country. That connection between the ingredient and the finished product is something we protect fiercely, because it's what makes the difference in the bottle.
We're stocked in over 100 stores across British Columbia, and growing. But no matter how far our sauces travel, they'll always start in the same place — our fields, our hands, our farm.
Locally rooted. And proud of it.
