The STING Collection is our farm’s take on hot honey — bolder, brighter, and built around the peppers themselves. We craft each bottle on our Similkameen Valley farm, letting the heat lead while the honey smooths the edges. It’s more pepper than sweet, more flavour than fire, and entirely rooted in our seed-to-bottle philosophy.

From the grassy snap of jalapeño to the sunlit burn of habanero and the soft glow of peach peppers, each STING hot honey brings its own personality to the table. Drizzle it on pizza, charcuterie, fried chicken, veggies, breakfast… or anything that could use a spark of farm-grown heat.
