Frequently Asked Questions
About Stoke the Fire
Where is Stoke the Fire made?
Stoke the Fire is made on our seven-acre farm in Cawston, BC, in the heart of the Similkameen Valley. We grow our peppers, garlic, and other ingredients on-site and produce our sauces in our on-farm facility — seed to bottle, all in one place.
What makes your hot sauce different?
Most hot sauce starts with a purchase order. Ours starts with a seed. Because we grow our own ingredients, we control quality from the ground up — harvesting at peak flavour and going straight into production. No long supply chains, no mystery ingredients.
Are your products small-batch?
Yes. Everything is produced in small batches on our farm in Cawston, BC.
Products
How hot are your sauces?
We make a range — from approachable everyday heat to serious fire. Each product page lists the heat level and pepper variety so you know what you're getting into.
Are your sauces gluten-free?
Yes, our sauces are gluten-free. They're made from farm-grown peppers, garlic, and natural ingredients. For specific allergen information on any product, feel free to contact us at hello@stokethefirehotsauce.com.
What is hot honey?
STING and SUPER STING Hot Honey pairs our natural honey with a single variety of pepper grown on our farm. Each jar captures the distinct flavour and heat of that pepper, from the field, preserved in honey.
