Description

Chocolate Ghost is earthy and fruity heat followed by a haunting, creeping wave of high heat that sneaks up and stays. This pepper-forward hot honey delivers a mysterious, layered kick that lingers long after the last bite. Made from peppers grown on our Similkameen Valley farm, it’s a shadowy hit of dark fruit and fire in every spoonful.

Pairs with: dark chocolate, grilled meats, brie, roasted root vegetables, or anything that deserves a haunting finish.
